We’re getting married on Friday, December 10, 2027, at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you in Mexico!
Secrets Moxché is an all-inclusive resort, so your stay includes your meals, drinks, and plenty to enjoy around the resort throughout your stay.
To make planning as easy as possible, we’ve partnered with Vibe Thrive Travel, a travel agency specializing in destination weddings. They’ve helped us reserve a room block at the resort with special group rates for our guests.
Booking Deadline:
To receive our group pricing, hotel reservations must be booked and paid in full by July 1st, 2027.
We are currently holding most rooms from December 7–13, 2027, but you’re welcome to choose the travel dates that work best for you. If your preferred room or dates are not currently included in our block, our travel agent can request that they be added to our group. Please note that the resort requires a three-night minimum stay.
You can also arrange your transportation between the airport and resort through this website. Flights should be booked separately with the airline of your choice.

We met at a concert in Chicago, which feels pretty fitting for us. And if you’re reading this, chances are you’ve been part of our story somewhere along the way.
Then, on a trip to Cancun, Julian surprised Anna with a sunset proposal on their balcony and made one of our favorite places even more special.
Since then, we celebrated our engagement with a gorgeous party thrown by Anna’s parents at their "villa" back home.
For this next chapter, we’re coming back to Mexico to make it official, this time with all of our favorite people there to celebrate us.

Your airport-to-resort transportation will be provided by Lomas. They offer a variety of reliable and comfortable transfer options for
round-trip convenience, with vehicles waiting in the airport's arrival area. The ride from the airport to the resort is typically around an
hour, though timing may vary based on traffic and transfer type.
• Shared Transfers: Economical, safe, and comfortable! Shared transfers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may stop at up to three resorts for other guests before reaching your destination. Priced per person.
• Private Transfers: Reserved exclusively for your party, typically accommodating up to 7 passengers. You'll depart immediately
with no additional stops. Priced per vehicle.

Please RSVP by May 31st, 2027. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize our guest count and make sure everything is perfect for the big day. Your timely response is greatly appreciated.
To reserve your stay, you will pay a $100 non-refundable per room deposit. All final payments for your room within our wedding room block will be due by July 1st, 2027.
Absolutely! Guests are encouraged to share rooms. If you already know who you’d like to room with, please coordinate with them before booking and include everyone staying in the room on the reservation. If you are looking for someone to room with, please reach out to Anna and Julian and we are happy to help coordinate.
We recommend arriving by Thursday, December 9 for the Welcome Party and staying through at least Saturday, December 11. All rooms are reserved from Wednesday, December 8 through Sunday, December 12 in case you wanted the option of staying longer and making a vacation out of our wedding.

No! The ceremony and dancing will be outdoors, but not on the sand, and dinner will be indoors.
You will receive a reservation number once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months.
Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation included in the cost. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.
We are unable to book air travel but suggest using Google Flights to track the best prices. Please reach out for any questions if you need assistance.
The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills to tip the resort staff if you're experiencing good service. Most places in Cancún accept U.S. dollars and major credit cards, so exchanging money isn’t necessary unless you plan to visit local markets or vendors.
